MSA Application Form

To qualify as a regular member of MSA, a firm must be a producer, processor, grain elevator firm, or other agricultural business or group, located in the upper Midwest region states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa or Wisconsin. 

To qualify as an associate, non-voting member, a firm must be engaged in agribusiness, or in agricultural shipping and transportation, or grain industry and agricultural service sectors, with the understanding that MSA activities are in direct support of Upper Midwest agriculture.  Grain industry firms located outside of the five state region, but who do business with producers and processors located in the region qualify as associate, non-voting members.
